Then there are the stabbing pains in the feet and ankles when trying to walk. Sometimes they just pop up out of the blue and then are gone as quickly as they came.
Then there are the deep aching pains in the bigger joints. The kind you get if you sit in one position too long and then try to move.
Shooting pains in the shoulders are always fun, especially when you go to put on some deodorant or style your hair.
I guess my favorite would be the exploding joint pain (I get that in my knuckles when they are so swollen they feel like they are going to explode inside.)
Let's not forget the "walking on marbles" pain, especially when first getting up in the morning. Did someone beat the bottom of my feet with a baseball bat while I was sleeping?
I'm not sure if I've had the tearing pain you mention, but I'm sure if it's coming from RA, it will find me too.

What all of you have said is true for me also, that is, each joint has its own pain. Except for the teeth, Alto, OUCH! Maybe you're just the weird one. Wink!
