Some times there's no rhyme or reason. Others it's because all my procedures & treatment are working & in sync. That occurred once. Most normal I've felt since this journey began.
Yet I try to let that small time frame give me hope.
We can hope right?
Glad you had the time. Life seems to keep us busy. Time with family for busy parents is always well spent.

But, light days don't rejuvenate either. I suppose they keep me going though.
The only thing I know that can help is to somehow get an amazing night of sleep and there's no predicting that.
I hope you have an "easy-ish" season.
Next week when I go to my rheumy appt. I'm taking the whole day off and the kiddos will be in school :)
I'm serious about the sleep. If you check with your regular doctor, you might ask about how to increase the quality of your sleep.
