51% if your reading this. you said you had a reaction to the synvisk one. I wondered how long after the injection this happend. And anyone else have experience with this. It weird I just had the inj. Both knees today And I kno the dr did not scratch me with the needle but on both knees there is a red raised scratch mark just below the site. This happend to me once after an Iv in my arm too. Any one else.
My orthopedist uses Synvisc of which I've had two rounds into my left knee.
On another note, I had one Rheumy that used 'Eufflexxa' because he said so many people reacted to Synvisc.
Perhaps, you can ask your physician if he/she has access to Euflexxa for your next shots. Supposedly, way, way less people have a reaction to this medication over Synvisc.
