Great article, thank you. At my August appt with my Rheum, I was also feeling pretty good about my pain level. But, the blood work showed that RA marches on, with the swelling, and probable damage, and the words 'we are running out of options'. My C Reactive Protein test was 10.0. At least my pain level is low..........

So glad you posted this, I was getting ready to post a discussion about inflammation vs pain. I'm a month after starting Rituxan and have more energy, but have had the worst bout of inflammation ever this past
week, very concerned.

Yes thank you for posting this.
Usually feel pain where there's inflammation.
Yet I've noticed changes where I've not had a lot of pain.
Elbow is one.
Before my DX the elbow caused me grief. Nodule there now.
Strangest disease & we are always learning.
