Think about the judemental list of symptoms they use when describing RA patients, especially in the bad old days when they said it was a womens disease, and blamed mental issues...
Anxiety
Depression
Asthma
Joint pain

I'm not exactly sure what you meant, depot. Are you saying your vegan diet helps your lipids but not your RA symptoms? And, "break out the meat" etc. was a joke referencing the Mediterranean diet? My diet is similar to that, but not for RA. I've never known any diet are fodds that affect my RA, for good or bad.
yeah, I was being facetious. as if to say, since it hasn't worked on the RA I should just have a prime rib with clam chowda on the side and a white russian. yes, that was a joke.
the veganism has now become like an old buddy, it makes me happy so I'll keep it. out of this whole long strange ra trip the only thing that has come good out of it, for myself, has been the veganism. i do not think i would have ever considered it if I had not been introduced to this disease. so what the hell. something good out of something not so good
