I am being evaluated on Tuesday for 2-3x week strength training. I'm sure it will be a sad report initially but I'm expecting a substantial increase in strength in 8 weeks or so.
Interestingly, last weekend I went to an event out of town and after the event, I got lost trying to find my car. I had a heavy backpack and a cooler and I ended up walking about six miles trying to find my car. (I know, stupid.) I was shocked and amazed that the next day, I didn't have any more pain in my feet or any other joints for having done that. So, I am really at a loss for what is going on here.
I just went to the grocery store today and my feet have been hurting ever since. I wish I could do what the rest of you are doing.
