Dying my hair knocks it back too, but if I'm in the middle of an outbreak, it is not a pleasant experience.
Anti-CCP is not used in diagnosing or monitoring PsA- my recollection is that it is highly specific to RA.
Do you have a dermatologist? If so he/she may be able to tell quickly whethter your scalp problem is psoriasis.
Take a hard look at your fingernails and toenails. Ridging pitting, lifting, or discoloration are all common with PsA, with little pits being almost universal.
