Is that Ehler Danlos? I am pretty sure my dd has that as well. I noticed the rheumy doing all the checks for it at her first visit. She didn't say " you have EDS, but I think she didn't want to overwhelm since she also diagnosed JRA that day.
Yes, we do collect, don't we. I am sorry. What is your treatment for that?

I've gathered up RA, Sjogrens, and Fibromyalgia! We are indeed a lucky bunch! LOL!

I started with asthma, then hypothyroidism, RA, Sjorgen's and a few other things. Lately, my allergies have been attacking me.

I also have bipolar disorder, which got much worse on the RA meds. When my RA gets bad, then I don't sleep and then the bipolar gets worse. Sadly, I know quite a few people with overlapping auto-immune and mental health issues.

Something to do with "no rest for the wicked"?

I'm with you there. I originally went to the rheumatologist because of hypermobility syndrome (although I had 6 months of hand pain). The HMS has caused early osteoarthritis in many joints and now I can add RA to the list. When they did xrays of my hands recently they found bilateral demineralization of both my hands and wrists from the RA plus OA in at least 1/2 doz joints due to the HMS.....go figure!
