We had a really nasty blizzard here Friday and I had been real quiet and not doing much Thursday, Friday and most of Saturday. We actually had no power for 25 hours. So my swelling and most of my aches and pains were nearly gone. I spent about 3 hours at the neighbors yesterday. Woke up this morning with stiff, swollen hands and feet. Hips stiff and sore. Did a little house work today and now wrist are sore along with knees. Dang, is this how it's going to be?
If you are dx,d with RA you'll need to learn to balance what needs to be done with what you CAN do without creating more pain for yourself. I'm still learning this myself...and I was dx'd in February. LOL
I think each persons "swelling" is different.
