Orencia began Jan-Feb this year. I'm hypothyroid on synthroid and am mostly certain that this isn't a goiter.
I've recently lost 16pounds, at 121 lbs and 5'1".
I was on prednisone, thought that was part of it but now am currently on only 1 mg a day and it's still getting worse. I don't have tonsils btw.
Symptoms haven't changed and are getting worse.
My neck, double chin, is very puffy. I look as bad as I did 16 pounds heavier on higher prednisone. my neck has been double chinned puffy since diagnosis and my first round of prednisone in 2013, but now I've lost weight it isn't changed at all. Snoring and apnea symptoms have gotten out of control. Today my throat when I swallow feels swollen. I can tell its deep in my throat about where the swelling is. It is beneath the chin, not one sided. Nodes don't feel enlarged to my knowledge. Of course I'm panicking about lymphoma and such. If I look downwards, I actually make snoring noises during the day today.
Could orencia be the culprit to neck, throat swelling and sleep snoring with potential apnea? The snoring has progressively become worse. I'm just really concerned at this point.
My neck doesn't match my body at all and is so puffy I don't know what to think.

Do you have lymph node swelling?
Did you report to your rheum? Just thinking that stopping orencia makes the most sense but of course, only with rheum advice.
