Pregnant with RA

Hello all!  Just wanting to hear from others out there who experienced pregnancy with RA.  I'm in my second trimester and still exhausted and wondering if it's because of the RA, or I'm a big wimp :)  Also curious if anyone had the terrible rebound of RA once the baby is born that I've read about . . .

I was never pregnant with RA, although hormonal changes after my 4th pregnancy did trigger asthma and eventually RA.

I have heard that pregnancy is supposed to be a very good time, because of the added cortisol. If you are still in pain you might want to see a Maternal-Fetal-Monitoring ob-gyn. They are trained to help women with diseases or high risk pregnancies get through the pregnancy and have a healthy baby. My DIL is an MFM specialist, but you need to see someone personally.
