I had one and I didn't notice any difference, but I am very skeptical when it comes to stuff like that. The only reason I wore it was because a family member bought it for me thinking it might help. I appreciated the gesture and wore it for about 2 weeks and it did nothing for me. Others swear by them stating they do what it claims. In my opinion, the effects are psychological rather than physical.

My folks bought one of those bracelets, and so did my boss and her husband. No improvement according to them.

20/20 had a special on gimmicks like that. It had the balance bracelet on it. They proved it did not work. =(

I have one and a necklace with it. I wore both for about ten days and didnt think it makes any difference. Have a friend with different health issue who swears by hers - which is why most of my new walking group headed off to the shop to buy one a month ago. Not very expensive!!
She says they wear out and she can tell when hers needs renewing.
Having said it doesnt help, yesterday morning I had a sore wrist so put bracelet on. I often use a strong magnetic bracelet but it's gone AWOL and my wrist was a lot better after a few hours. But then it might have come right anyway as with me that often happens....
If they are as cheap there as here (and of not would be about only thing that is except for majors like health and education) why dont you try one? It is wise to be skeptical but also was involved in something once that skeptic society said wasnt true but had seen to be true with own eyes. And I have also had some success with homeopathics but not for RA which others find a waste of time.
