When I do leg presses or stand against a wall and squat, I shake quite quickly. I don't know that this is neuromuscular, but it's definitely muscle related.
The only remedy that the rheumatologist and neurologist gave me is - EXERCISE more to build muscle. Ha! Easier said that done but that's what they said.
