Last year, I developed a boil and while at the doctor's office, got a tetanus booster and pneumo vax. He wanted to give me the flu shot at the same time, but I declined three in one day.
Now, the flu shot normally kicks me for two or three days. This knocked me down for a week.
Though, when I did get the flu shot, it still only kicked me for two days. I won't do two at once again.
Tylenol can help ease symptoms of a vaccine reaction. NSAIDS (Ibuprofen, aleve, etc) should only be taken if the reaction is too severe, as they can interrupt the process of building immunity
