After an evening of playing Wii with friends~ my day is getting off to a very rough start. What was I thinking?
I had such great plans for the day. Now I have to sit and wait to "thaw". Perhaps a day of enjoying the sun on the patio instead. We always have to learn to adjust our days don't we?

i call these b and b days: brains and blab days. i over extended my body in any way and thus I am frozen. so you can pick my brain (what is left) or call me to blab on speakerphone or skpe - both things better than nothing. and I make a fair amount of contributions that way in the family :)

I am GLAD for you that you had an interlude of joy in doing what you like to do, yesterday. :)

I am sorry you had to switch plans today, I am still getting used to that. I too, just had quiet day, as I over did it yesterday to. Bath this am and some Sun time and a nap. I hope you recover quickly :)

Wow...done that. Well not the Wii thing but the activity thing. When I feel better I seem to always over do it. I only wish there was a way to tell where the line was.

It may be one of the worst parts of RA, making plans for tomorrow that get canceled because the RA has other ideas. I've learned to put my feet up, watch a movie, read a book, stretch out in the sun until it passes.

Shaughand, not only is the line almost invisible, it's a moving target too. What's OK one day is a disaster the next. Oy veh.

I do the same thing..feel good ..go overboard on things that I have not done that need doing.. I will be aching tomorrow...watered all the plants this morning and then weeded my 5 x 10 ft raised bed so I can plant it with my vegies.. hung some hanging plants. put out all of the trash plus made lunch and dinner.... also worked on a blouse I am making....tomorrow will be a quiet day...I am already hurting tonight.
