I don't ever know what is normal any more. I used to have occasional pain in my wrist. Also in my hands feet, etc. Now it is there constantly. No matter what I do it is there. I always thought with this RA that it was weird how it moves around, then goes away. I have taken all the meds and my Doctor tells me the next step is to give myself shots if this doesn't work. This scares ne now cause now pain seems to be constant in most joints. I have taken MTX and just started Plaquinel as a last resort. It's hard to talk to my husband because he really does not understand much when he does not know what I'm talking about. Sorry I am just frustrated. I am obviously not feeling good right now.
A few people have posted about the Vectra test lately. It might be what you need to know how to target your RA for relief.
It's surely worth doing that over another several years of figuring things out.
