It's one of those days that I will spend most of in bed. It's rainy/stormy here today and everything hurts. I'm just rotating the ice pack and heating pad on shoulders, hips, knees, and elbows. It stinks!
I am sorry that you are not feeling better. Can you have a Tylenol or something like that to help along with the heat and cold ?

I am sorry your day is going so painfully. I hope and pray that things start getting better right away. Do you have any hot springs around that you can soak in? I find that during a rainstorm, the hot water is so soothing.
