My Friend's Son also has Spina Bifida. He is 26 now. I remember when he was 5 and had already numerous Surgeries. when I got a call from my Friend. She was histerically happy, because her son just took his first steps by himself. They had been told he'd never walk, well he showed them. We had the biggest Party for him then. He is doing fine now in College and working with his brother in a band.Just wanted to share that with you, and welcome.
