hi everyone
I'm taking a lunch break at work and wanted to tell you that I have found daily strength the RA group awesome just be lurking and posting a few. you are all generally open and welcoming. i can feel it and see it in your posts and writing. Angela your wisdom helps me as I read your posts. and many of you have a great sense of humor.
i had symptoms for too long (2 years plus) but was formally diagnosed in 5 months ago. i'm in this flare because of the disruption of meds last month to treat a pneumonia.
i'm a single mom of two teens and I work full time. the spring and summer have been arduous. i hope that in August I smile at least two times. that's my goal.
i don't like my first ever rheumie. really. she feesl like a script writer with no compassion or desire to be ambitious with my progress. you are blocked at the incoming call station and every step of the way. just a number on a rheumie treadmill. i know that I'm my biggest adavocte so i'm going for a second rheumie opinion tomorrow at one of the teaching hospitals in boston.
i do love my pcp and the pulmonary. so 2 for 3.
