I've been on Remicade since July and I have muscle twitches, spasms, cramps, and pain (whatever you want to call them, they hurt) occurring mostly in my legs and feet. My rheumy has me on flexeril which I don't take much because it sedates me really badly (even at half the dose). Muscle pain and spasms is one of the possible side effects from Remicade.
