Does anyone get sick at your stomach from the RA itself or the medicine

What meds are you on and are they pills or injections? There is also other stuff that goes with RA that can cause it, or so I am told. My doctor said it can cause things like gastroparesis if your disease is systemic.

I hope you just come back and tell me you are on oral methotrexate. That is the main culprit. Switch to injections and it will get better, but I still spend 36 hours nauseous after an injection, but it is so much better than the pills. I drink ginger ale and it helps.

If none of this helps, there is stuff they can give you for nausea, but it may cause drowsiness.

Agree with Kim! I switched from pills to injection with MTX and it made a big difference.
