walking does it for me. more than a few feet and i'm done. also, using the mouse on the pc. i'm ok with the keyboard, but don't play any games for too long! and, yeah, driving does it too.

Sudden barometric changes - YUCK!
Sitting for a long time typing on my computer - Ouch!
Walking long distances, and going down stairs - Double ouch!
I could go on...but you get the picture :)
For me it's the darn Pill Bottles. Somedays I can't open them to even take my Meds.
I just cannot imagine having small Children and having RA on top of it. I have alot of respect for you moms out there. Oh and G-ma's too.
