I am very excited. July has been a good month, my third month since put on Sulfadine and Mobic.
My ck up was good, stayed on same meds and my test showed all my ranges normal.
But this week I have noticed my hand letting up. It was always a bit swollen and tight feeling and held me back some. Would ease in and out during the day but this past week noticed that it hasn't even been on my mind and started to be normal. Being my right hand and I do a good deal of painting and hand stitching this is super. And,
this week went up and down the steps without thinking about it and knees just worked.
It has been weeks without the tylenol as well, so that is a nice healthy change.
I feel pretty good and it's nice to go outside and breathe that fresh air with a better state of mind. Now, while this is good I am still very cautious, I am aware things can change and I had a pretty hard time emotionally so I try to keep that in place because a step backward could really hit hard but I am still exercising and trying to keep things all in perspective and all.
I guess it can happen. Good days will come.

And I also understand how a twinge can cause anxiety (sometimes when I go to sleep hurting I fear I'm going to wake up in the middle of nastiness - but most of the time, it doesn't happen). As Erica said "it is what it is" - it's hard to give up control on that, but I'm learning. :)
