Does anyone woken up with massive pain on your muscle? It's like you did work out too much next day your body is very sore or muscle aches while you are having flu.

It was as bad as having pain on my joint. I am very sad lately. :(

Yes. Some days it feels like I've been hit by a truck!! My muscles ache every day but the morning and getting out of bed is the worse. I find if I can just start moving I start to feel better. I am sorry you are feeling so sad. I understand chronic is very hard to live with.

Yes, I have days like that. I rub Frankincense oil on them and then as Donna says, "start moving".

Yes, you have to move. The very first thing I do when I get up and finish in the bathroom is grab a cup of coffee and go for a walk with my dog. Most mornings it hurts for the first couple blocks. Then it slips away.

Are you taking statins by any chance? If so, this, or other drugs, could be the cause of myositis.

Yes I have muscle pain as well, the tendons and connective tissue are also involved in my case, and essentially it “all hurts”. If I push it too far get bad muscle spasms. I’ve had help from a muscle relaxer, soma. Some doctors aren’t a fan of it but the others are too strong& this is quick in& out of my system.
Once it kicks in I stretch, shower, etc.., relaxing techniques.

.. meant to add the soma makes me a little loopy and don’t like to take it unless I really need to. Going to try some natural remedies to see if that helps.
