I do still get some mild sweating. I never did get the stomach problems. I take my meds with supper and a strong ginger drink (supposed to help with digestive problems). You're right, though...everybody reacts differently.
I do take it in the evening with supper on Wednesday night. I may skip it in a couple of weeks while I'm on vacation, I can't be on vacation and be up all night and drive.
I take 7 MTX pills on Thursday nite around 7 p.m. and the "fog" sets in after an hour or so - sleep is very lite and fragmented - naps are required on Friday - no dreams, but dry mouth and seems that laying still is a problem awaiting the lite sleep
Sorry about the dreams - they can be scary sometimes

The MTX side effects will abate - just takes a while for your system to become adjusted to this stuff - You are taking folic acid, right ? If not, check with your rheumy or PCP - it is necessary

1. Methotrexate-once a week, 6 pills
2. Sulfasclazine -twice daily
3. Folic Acid-once daily
4. Tramadul (pain) as needed
Came off the Prednisone after a week...
