Now, Actemra, which, thankfully, I can give myself the injections at home. Before, it was by infusion only, which would mean a 4 hour round trip. I was giving shots every other week, but improvements still were not where the Dr wanted them. The Rheum. decided I should have a Vectra test. My score was 41, so he upped the Actemra to once a week. Thankfully, the shot is almost painless.

But urgh. I was hoping the humira would be it for a while lol. From my understanding she wants me on Remicade more than enbrel or simponi but it comes down to insurance.
also..i did not know serum sickness was a thing. but it would explain the general ill feeling and the rash i've been having plus the swollen neck glands and mild fever...who knew. Its also uncommon lol
