Reading financial news, came across drug being tested, read some of clinical stuff released but greek to me. Anyone familiar?
Another -mab, signifying monoclonal antibody like many of the other biologics. As far as I can see, the more choices, the better.

It looks like a good addition- goes after a different mechanism than the others. What I DON'T like about all of these drugs is that success is defined as ACR 20: 20% fewer joints affected. With the price of these drugs, I'm not entirely sure I'd want my insurance company, whose money comes from people like me paying premiums, to spend a few K a month for 20% improvement.
What is really exciting is the prospects of their other drug, for lupus. Lupus can be deadly early, and there currently aren't great treatments available.
