Anyone with normal to borderline abnormal lab work and being treated with MTX or a biologic?
My RF initially was very high but since I've been on mobic and plaquenil my numbers have gone down. My joint pain and stiffness has gotten MUCH worse though. My CRP has always been normal and so my doc says I must not have bad inflammation - so no MTX or sulfasalazine yet. Meanwhile I'm miserably swollen and stiff.
Thoughts?

At least a 1/3 of the people with RA are seronegative. It sounds like you may need to find a rheumatologist who understands how to treat seronegative RA.
