My right knee is hurting way more than usual on the side closest to the other leg. I'm having muscle spasms above the knee. Anybody had this happen? Any suggestions are welcome.

i had this pain a lot and it hurts me very bad while walking. i had the pain on both sides. i literally limp while walking and even bought a cane for myself.

then i found penetrex in amazon and started using it and i see the result. i never limped nor had pain since using it. i am very happy that i dont use the cane anymore. this cream relieves all the muscle, tendons, bursa pains. and this is for inflammation too. i was very impressed when i read the reviews about it and i bought one. i saw the result and bought 6 of them and it has been helping me a lot. good luck.

i use it to my neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, fingers, hips, knees, ankles and toes ............. almost every joint of my body. and ITS HELPING.

Hi Twyliah, I have had that kind of pain in my right knee a times. Even with the pain med and Cortisone injection, I still have twinges of pain and stiffness. I am going to look up that cream as well. I was using Two Old goats cream which helped somewhat but that was before the knee really started bothering me like it has been for the past few months. Hope you are feeling better soon. Thanks Madhuri for the tip. Will look that one up.
