I suppose it could be causing the minor nosebleeds. My nose bleeds like yours, all winter. I was told it was my allergies to mould, dust and so forth. I'm also using a fairly new nasal spray called Dymista, which has both cortisone and an antihistamine. It's really helped. You should ask your doctor to try it.
It's amazing how much better I feel in 2 days. Of corse the problem is that the flare in my left ring finger, the reason I started Plaquenil in the first place, is returning.
Cant win for losing! But I feel a lot more like myself off the Plaquenil!
