I hurt bad today just want to stay in bed. My hips and knees are killing me today. Will have to get up later to go out and gove my mom her injections for her diabities and my brothers for ms wish they would let another family member give it to them but they dont trust my sibblings to give them injections. Done ranting for now hugs to all in the forum.

I understand completely!! There are those days that the bed just calls us. However, life has a way of pushing us out of bed and trying to take care of our "to do" lists.

I hope you can get your needed rest after you see to your family members. I take care of my father, but I try to always make the evenings peaceful and restful at home just for me.

I totally get it. Your post is perfect timing with me.
With responsabilities to others it's hard to put our wants & needs first.
I've managed in the past but I gotta admit it's getting to me lately.
There are days lately I just want to cry from pain &/or frustration.
