Just Want to Cry

Today is one of those days when I couldn't get out of bed until 11:30, had to be a work at 1pm. My face was puffy and so congested, couldn't walk. Right before logging on I dropped a bin fo paper clips on my computer. Going to catch my breath and try to ok. Thanks for listening.

Sometimes a little medtative deep breathing or a good cry really helps. It can be overwhelming at times, especially at work. It WILget better

Don't you have pain meds? This is the time to pop one in your mouth when your in such bad shape.

We all have them & at the worst times.
Frustrating, those days you want to climb back into bed & stay there.
Can't always do that so you have my sympathy.

Sorry you were not feeling well and hope you are feeling better soon. I am having one of those days and just took pain med X 3 since up at 7am (Tramadol) and resting in bed, doing some school work and waiting for pain to ease up some more. It's Sunday so I am off. If I had to go to work I would take high dose Motrin and grit through the pain. Hope you are feeling better soon.
