Take plenty of breaks...do things in shifts, etc. It really does help.

6 hours on mine would lead to more and more...it just wouldn't stop till it was spotless! so i have to limit myself to short time frames each time.

So you might want to keep track of your moods, and look up the symptoms of those two diseases. Having a lot of pain, coping with RA, can trigger mental issues - 95% of people with RA suffer through some kind of depression. It doesn't mean you are a weirdo, or crazy, just that your brain is responding to the stress of a terrible disease.
Today I over did and pulled all of the carpet up in my bedroom. Then because I had something to prove, I bagged ot all and drug it out to the garage. I'm already starting to pay.
