Do you mean your pain meds have worn off? What pain meds are you taking?
Advil and all those types of meds do nothing for me. I guess that is quite typical of people w/ fibromyalgia. Rest - I come home exhausted and fall asleep for an hour or so. Yea, I probably overdo what my joints want. But how to do the job?
Garden work, etc are OUT. I do not even attempt them.
I think the ice pack altered w/ heat therapy (paraffin) might help. I take tramadol for pain.

Don't touch me, don't annoy me, and keep a safe distance, because I will bite. The reason for this is the pain. I've pushed all I can. All my strength and tolerance has been used up, and all I want is my bed. I do find though, that taking it easy helps greatly, but not all of us can do that. I'm the mother of three kids, there is no rest. EVER! LOL
If it's possible for you, don't push so hard and try to take a few breaks to rest a bit.

(for pain). Some days I need to take Vicodin for pain when it's really bad. I was on almost every biologic and I haven't tried Orencia
which I am going to try next.

I don't wear braces at night. Are these similar to those worn for carpal tunnel? What are the purposes of the braces?
I am currently taking Tramadol. My Dr. said to only take it when I had significant pain, but it has been nearly daily for two weeks. NSAIDS don't do anything for me - I guess this is a common thing for people w/ Fibromyalgia.
