I'm So Whiny Today!!

BUT, I hurt! I have been doing better (on prednisone again, started at 20mg, went to 15 after 3 days then to 10) and then yesterday the weather changed from relatively mild for Virginia in March to cold,damp,wet,icy yuck! My poor fingers this morning were horrible. My right index finger was 'snapping' when I moved it! I actually went out and bought a foot massager with 'bubbles' in it and used it to soak my hands! Did feel better, but they are still stiff! Do you find that the weather really affects your joints? I'm praying for summer! I might have to move come next winter (or snowbird with friends)..... waaaaaaaah!

I hate the abrupt weather changes; we are expecting rain Tues & Wed and boy can I tell & I live in sunny CA! I feel your pain sister. Trish

I may have to come out to sunny Ca next winter! Left there 40+ years ago, but might have to find a warm, sunny place to nest! Yuck! It's snowing lightly now.... this too shall pass!

Have you tried other all natural, alternatives? After several years, on many prescription medications and no real results, I have found something that is working for me. It might not work for you, but let me know if you'ld like to check it out.

I'm taking Tart Cherry Juice, turmeric, B-complex, folic acid, Bio-Flex Joint (just started that yesterday, figured what the heck). I eat mostly fish/veggies/fruit... little to no processed foods unless you count wine!

I'm SO much better today, actually NO pain,,, so strange as I woke up to SNOW on the ground and very cold here. I'm wondering about the bio-flex stuff????? It says 7 days to help (if at all)... who knows, but I LOVE that I'm so much better today.
