I use to have a problem with Ibuprofen. Prilosec helped. I switched to Nabumetone. Have not needed prilosec with it.
I was never told not to take it with low dose MTX. Thats what I took my first 6 months. I have seen the warning for high dose MTX. Thats a whole different thing.
