I have been debating whether or not to try this. I'm afraid this will be just another expensive treatment without any results.

I'll put on my hat as the resident skeptic here. No well-controlled study has ever shown that acupuncture has any effect on anything, beyond what one would expect from a placebo. There is no plausible physical mechanism by which acupuncture could work. Expensive treatment without results? 'Fraid so.

I agree with altoclef. VERY expensive and little data saying it does anything. I have tried it myself once, and I never went back.
