I got pills with multiple types in it. Had a hard time distinguishing if it was denatured. I'm going to run an experiment. I didn't want to go to the powder if I didn't have to, but I have a feeling that is really the better stuff.

Am I correct that you can only buy hydrolyzed collagen supplements? Denatured collagen would be bone broth derived from actual bones.

That is correct. There is no way for a non-meat eater to get collagen.

I too have had a blood transfusion, that has nothing to do with EATING beings. I think you have confused vegetarianism with Jehovah's Witnesses.

I think also you misunderstood my comment. I was not demeaning or judging anyone, certainly not Kim who is a long time and well respected friend of mine from this website. I was merely putting forth an analogy to explain why *I* would not be able to ingest a product made from animals. Period.

Hey, sorry for being a bit late to the discussion, but have anyone of you tried turmeric ginger? I don't know if it is vegan, but I believe that it is. I read many product information on https://shopwellabs.com/products/wellabs-turmeric-curcumin and found many positive reviews about it, this is why I started to take it. If you didn't know, this supplement allows the body to stand a chance in utilizing its existing fat reserves to fuel its energy demands while preventing the accumulation of additional visceral fat. I don't consider collagen the best option. It the best to take some supplements.
