i am now one full year since i got on the no night shade diet + no processed sugar. tis hard to avoid the hidden potato starch and paprika but i'm proof that it works.

I'm getting a full workup during my annual in a couple of weeks... Full RA blood testing, bone density, xrays on hands. Haven't had this type of workup since super flare of '09. Since I was improving every year since - didn't feel it necessary. But since obamacare rules have hit my insurance company - they have to cover it once a year because of my diagnosis.
I hope my results are half as good as yours! But hey, I came home from work yesterday and did heavy duty garden mulching for 2 hours. Nothing hurts and only stopped because of sundown. So I'm happy with my current health on this restricted diet.
