then move onto HR at your employer and see if you can get their personnel manual that covers their facets of it, if you feel safe..everyone is in a different stage of outing their disease at work:)

After I submitted the form, she told me that when I call in sick due to the RA to only call into HR as that was how it would be kept confidential.
Not getting into details, but that move was one of the best I made in my journey with RA.
