I am feeling good today. Pain is less than usual, energy level is good, and I am just really happy about it and thankful for it all. And I promise I haven't been drinking, lol, I just felt really good today and it was nice. Just wanted to share!

I'm glad I shared it. Today it rained and I've been in pain, but it accentuated what a good day yesterday was. I'm trying to pay really close attention to all the good things. I think it is helping me towards my goal of being happier.
