Tonight that's how I feel. Seems I feel like this one or two days per week. Ultimate, deep core fatigue. Snoozing all day. Pain is not the issue. It has happened enough that I know I will be better tomorrow - most likely.
Anyone else? Any suggestions?

Oh, gosh yes! And it's horrible! I guess I have those days maybe twice a week. I don't know what to do about it, other than sleep and just rest. I think it goes with the RA territory.

Thanks. I would like to be "productive" as my post chemo hubby and I say. The spirit is bored coz the flesh is weak. Oh but I can still eat.....

Always tired Mid-week, almost like I can hardly keep my eyes open this is usually when I need to nap or sleep for 11 hours. Fatigue seems to be something I am not sure that I can fix, this happens at least 2 to 3 times a week

I'm still not sure at all about diagnosis of RA~ doc is not sure either way, but I have it at the end of a really stressful week. It's comes and goes and when it hits, I kind of have to stop everything and go to bed. Maybe once a month or so~less if I'm working less.

To me, the fatigue of RA is so distinctive, it really defines RA even more than the joint issues.

Yesterday, the fatigue was so bad that I couldn't sleep when I laid down to try to nap. Most people could never conceive of fatigue so bad you can't sleep but it can happen. Today I had a ton of energy so I know tomorrow will be a fatigue day but the question remains....how bad? Can I shovel snow again tomorrow? I'll find out.
