Sorry your "down" and worried about the "what if's". It is what it is and we each must deal with it as best we can. Be thankful for the sunrise and look forward to the sunset. MBDs2 and I are coming closer together each day; we have our coffee in the front room and watch the sunrise and then we have dinner watching the sunset.
Don't lose hope and that will to win.
About your party, is there a close friend that you can ask to sorta pitch in, come early and help out?
Be strong for yourself and those close to you.
Be well and Peace to all

Feeling a bit better today - fever has gone, although I've got some moderate joint pain all over today - especially in my hands/wrists.

Hosting parties has always been something I've loved - creating a nice ambiance, making great food, listening to great music.
My husband and I talked last night about what he can do to take some of the pressure off, and luckily (?!?!) he's out of work so has time to assist. He's got some shopping and cleaning things to get done today, did all the wine/beer shopping last night, and he'll definitely help with the chopping and food prep for tomorrow. The things I'm going to make are simpler recipes that allow me to do a lot of prep work up front, and I've slowly worked away through the week at getting the decorating done.
Things will come together - and worst case, well it will be a chip and dip party! lol
Here's hoping the side effects from my MTX injection after work will be gone by tomorrow night!
