You are not alone! My elbows are both swollen and sore, and the right one gets "stuck" from time to time. They do feel as though they are on fire at times. So sorry you are in this Elbow Pit club. Do you have any ideas for pain relief? I am open to suggestions.....

I have a flexible gel fabric cold compress that I keep in the freezer. When my "elbowpits" or any other joint are on fire (frequently), I apply that for several minutes to the area. It really helps.
