I do find it more increased the day after I take MTX, but not nearly what it was before I started on the biologic.
Currently I'm taking MTX, Folic Acid and vitamins. I haven't moved "up" to the biologics yet. My Rheumy did give me a script for Phentermine. I take them on days I work, otherwise I would not be able to get through the day. They are my "energy" meds. I've been off work for the last 2 days, and haven't taken them. I can really tell the difference.
Insurance does not cover them.
Meyers is basically a cocktail of intravaneous vitamins w/ glutathione.
AMP5 shots help me great deal w/ energy. My doctor even lets me purchase viles of AMP5 and Vit B 12 and take shots at home in between infusions.
They have kept me on my feet. I was dxed w/ chronic fatigue syndrome and spent the first year w/ cfs and ra housebound.
I can now work 6 hours a week.
I'd hate to add another pill, but I get SO sleepy at times, even after a lot of sleep.
