I thought it was stress incontinence and even got fitted with a pessary to help. It did eliminate (no pun) the little sneezing/coughing/etc issue but I still get up to go about every hour.
I've heard that the best thing to do is RETRAIN our bladders. Force them to wait one full hour. After peeing, stay in the bathroom and pee again after 1 minute for anything that remains. Then, refuse to go for another full hour. Later, add 15-30min to that time frame. In the mean time, do kegals to help increase the pelvic floor.
I had this frequency issue way way way before RA, so I don't think it's related. but who knows.
