Hmmm?? I'm not sure. I'll try feeling around like you said & see what I find? I'll let you know
With that little exam you told me to do i'm starting to figure out it's a muscle. Felt as though I needed a "release" in a deep muscle connected to the upper chest & clavicle possibly.
What's a little frustrating is I really can't pinpoint where the pain is emanating from? But it's definitely not toward the shoulder. It's closer to the neck but necessarily the neck itself.

Thanks! Yeah I think i did. I was laughing about it with a buddy of mine last night. I said, "I finally figured out what exercise did me in". I was doing a seated cable row but using that thick rope & rowing high to hit the rear delts! Well I made that move last night just to see & yup as soon as I pulled my arms back I felt it. But why is it taking so long to heal geeeez??!?! I know I'm not young anymore but it's taking forever!
