Has anyone tried cryotherapy (cold treatment) for burning hands and feet?
I have been doing a little research about it and especially the Wim Hof method... what will it hurt for me to give it a try?

I'm trying it for burning hands and feet. My rheumy did a sonogram and said I have nerve damage due to scar tissue / due to inflammation.
I am trying it. I feel much more relief in my feet today, but not my hands. Going to do it again tonight.
We will see. I'm sure just itself, it isn't a magic wand... but it did give me some relief. It might take a while.

thx. i think it's basically the same thing. i just do not want to be put on ANOTHER drug. the ones i am on are not as effective as they used to be... so i'm trying some alternative things to go along with my biologic and dmard.
