I ended up having my PCP switch it from Cipro to amoxicillin which is not as effective for the UTI but I'd rather try this than go through any more tendon injuries from bad med mixes.
Now with Rituxan and 6 month infusions, it would be impossible to wait to go off, in order to take antibiotics. But you should do what your doc says.
