Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic, inflammatory, multisystem, autoimmune disorder. It is a disabling and painful condition which can lead to substantial loss of mobility due to pain and joint destruction. The disease is also systemic in that it often also affects many extra-articular tissues throughout the body including the skin, blood vessels, heart, lungs, and...
Even had my husband go stand in line and get the honey ham this year. He enjoyed it. Great! Another job I can give him.
Enjoy this nice NC weather and Merry Christmas.
The tricky part for me is having three kids that get up at FOUR in the morning to see what Santa brought. It's a pain in the neck trying to keep them in the bed until at least seven ;)
Merry Christmas!

I made a roast Dinner for mid-afternoon today, which works because morning is when I have the most energy.
Tomorrow pancake breakfast and then off to Calgary to some Newfie in- laws for dinner. My idea is to never have to make a dinner again for a major meal. Glad my son married into the Newfie clan- they are the most welcoming and inclusive group I know.
Merry Christmas to all.
We spent the evening at my in-laws. This is the first season since my father-in-law & hubby reunited with my hubby's half-sister & her family. Our little man had to spend today with his mother, but I am thankful that he had a great time with that half of his family.
This is the first year he's picked out gifts for all three of his parents. It made him so proud! My cup runneth over!
He got me the sweetest, most thoughtful gift. A snuggie, for when I'm not feeling good. While it sucks that he has to be aware of my condition, he is really a thoughtful, kind young man.
Tomorrow we get to take him to see our families. Yay!
Happy Holidays everyone!
Yes, everything always comes together in the end!! Glad to hear you had great helpers too!!
All my kids are grown but not married. I do miss them for the little things they used to do a few days before the big event! They sure were troopers today, our big event. They still say I am bossy. I just say hey, you want Christmas or what!! If you don't tell them what to do, nothing would get done! Hehehe
I cam out of the day with a huge bruise on my shin and a flare in one finger. I call that a success!! I won't mention the sore back, neck, legs, feet... That just a given!
Hope everyone has a pleasant holiday and a somewhat pain free time!
Hugs to all, Sur
Even though I am worn to a frazzle tonight, it has been a wonderful Holiday and I hope all of you have had the same. Some of the menus you have mentioned sound wonderful. Next year, I may have to go with an easier menu, but praise God He let me do it up right this year.
MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Great that you have your son there to help you.
